How to get the most out of your appointment.

If you need supplements: please send a text to Dr. Grace, 207-322-6933, a day before your appointment with a complete list of supplements needed. These will be gathered and ready for your appointment ahead of time.

If you are paying by check, please fill it out prior to your appointment. Make checks payable to Grace Chiropractic.

Arrive a few minutes early. A bit of extra time gives you the opportunity to use the bathroom, remove your shoes, and be ready for our appointment.

A treatment room door will be open - this is the room you will be using. Enter, remove any items from your pockets, and belt if needed.
